House Rules

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards.

• Check-out is by 10:00 AM

Maximum Occupancy

• The property is limited to the maximum number of guests stated in the booking.

• No unregistered visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.

Respect for Neighbors

• Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11:00 PM and 10:00 AM.

• Parties or events are not permitted.

Smoking Policy

• No smoking inside the property.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

Tanning Lotions & Oils

• Please rinse off all tanning lotions, oils, and self-tanning products thoroughly before using bathroom towels or bed linen.

• These products can cause permanent staining to fabrics.

• If towels or bed linen are stained beyond cleaning and need to be replaced, the replacement cost will be charged to the guest.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless specifically agreed in advance.

Property Care

• Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.

• Any damage or breakages should be reported as soon as possible.

Cleanliness

• Please leave the property reasonably tidy on departure.

• Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins provided.

Safety

• Turn off air conditioning, lights, and appliances when leaving the property.

• Ensure doors and windows are securely closed when you go out.

Pool & Outdoor Areas

• Children must be supervised at all times around the pool.

• No glass near the pool area for safety.

Local Regulations

• Guests must comply with Portuguese local accommodation regulations and may be asked to provide identification details for registration.

• A local tourist tax is payable upon arrival, as required by regional authorities.
