Cancellations made 21 days or more before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund
Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable
In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method
Date changes may be requested prior to arrival and are subject to availability
Any approved changes may result in a price adjustment based on the new dates
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or the contact form.
