We understand that plans can change and aim to be as fair and flexible as possible.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 8–13 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival (1–7 days) are non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method
Date changes may be requested prior to arrival and are subject to availability
Any approved changes may result in a price adjustment based on the new dates
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or the contact form.
